FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- Fairchild's first snow fall of the year came on the eve of Nov. 8 amassing more than three inches of snow by the next morning here.

Snow barn pavement and equipment operators hit the flightline with their snow brooms in support of the base's air refueling mission.
