Local football players Shock Fairchild

FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. --  Members of the arena football team, Spokane Shock, came on base to announce their new starting line-up and gave fans their autographs March 17. The event was held at a hangar on base.

"I am very excited to be working with Fairchild Air Force Base this season as it's an honor to be involved with such great people," said Andy Olson, Spokane Shock Arena Football head coach.

The team also received a tour of the base and a walkthrough of the fitness center.

"We truly relish and celebrate our close partnership with the community," said Col. Brian Newberry, 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander.
