Maj. Cody Gravitt assumed command of the 92nd Force Support Squadron from Lt. Col. Daniel Rigsbee during a change of command ceremony, June 27.

Gravitt last hailed from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, where he last served as the PACAF Legislative Liaison, before joining Team Fairchild as the new FSS Commander.

"I know Maj. Gravitt will do great things here," said Col. Yvonne Spencer, 92nd Mission Support Group commander. "He has already distinguished himself at Hickam, so I know that Fairchild will benefit from his leadership."

Since his commissioning in 2004, Gravitt has served as a protocol officer, sustainment services flight commander, manpower analyst, operations officer and executive officer to the director of manpower, personnel and services.

"My family and I are happy to be here," Gravitt said. "I look forward to serving this new command and getting to know Fairchild."
