What do you do on a daily basis at Fairchild AFB?
I manage the flow of training requirements and flying hours of our aviators through our system called aviation resource management systems, there we can input, track and audit this information to make sure our aviators meet their  "Mission-Ready" standards before they take flight.

What do you enjoy about your job?
I enjoy learning more about my job whether it's from our AFIs or from a personal experience troubleshooting a problem. I also enjoy the high level of detail that it takes to get the job done in an effective manner, leaving no room for error.

Why did you choose to serve in the military?
Financial aid, college, independent lifestyle stability and job experience.

Time in military:
Three and a half years.

Goals you want to achieve or meet while at Fairchild AFB?
My ultimate goal is to become a great leader and an even greater sponge for knowledge beyond the boundaries of my career field.

Your best habit:
Attention to detail.

Who is your favorite mentor and what did you learn from him/her?
My father, I've learned from him how to analyze all of my options before making decisions and to question everything until a logical reason presents itself.
