More than 900 participants who made up 200 teams to participate in 15 indoor and outdoor sports kicked off Winter Sports Day 2015 on March 20.

The Fitness Center, the Red Morgan Center, Miller Park, and the football field were the main locations for Winter Sports Day 2015 with sports ranging from disc golf, volleyball and ping pong to billiards, ultimate football and cardboard boat races. The squadron or group earning the highest overall points by the end of the day took the trophy home.

The 92nd Operations Group was this year's overall winner.

The event was planned and coordinated by Tech. Sgt Troy Farley, 92nd Force Support Squadron fitness center section chief, with the help of sports day representatives from each participating unit. Farley was presented challenge coins from both the Col. Brian McDaniel, 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Christian Pugh, 92nd ARW command chief, for his efforts planning and advertising for the event.
