Alan Hart took reins from Col. Ken Timko as the 92nd Maintenance Group commander here June 16. This is Hart's third assignment at Fairchild AFB, previously he had various positions across the base and also as the 92nd MXG deputy commander. The change of command ceremony is an official, formal and brief ceremony that is the military's way of bestowing command responsibility of a unit to one officer.
