SNCO induction welcomes new master sergeants

FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. --  The15th Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force Rodney J. McKinley, celebrated with 25 master sergeant selects during the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Induction Ceremony Aug. 21, at The Lincoln Center in Spokane, Washington.

Master sergeant responsibilities are uniquely different from those of the NCO tier. These selectees will now transition from being technical experts and first line supervisors to leaders of operational competence.
