What do you do on a daily basis at Fairchild? I am responsible for ensuring every Airman in the 92nd Air Refueling Wing is (dental) mission ready by scheduling them for their annual dental exam through the Air Force Dental-Readiness Assurance Program. What do you enjoy about your job? I enjoy mentoring the Airmen that work with me. Why did you choose to serve in the military? I joined the military for educational benefits and to gain a strong discipline foundation. Family: Husband Staff Sgt. Julian Phillips Time in military: 9 years What is your greatest accomplishment? My greatest accomplishment was earning my Air Force Commendation medal from my previous assignment.
