Blue Star Spouse Award: Autumn O’Brien

Patrick O’Brien, at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash., June 4, 2014. The award is presented to Fairchild spouses for their commitment to excellence and support to the Fairchild family. According to Newberry, Autumn's tireless support of her squadron Airmen and families during difficult times healed families and motivated others to succeed. She was an amazing wingman for her husband and his squadron. Anyone interested in nominating someone for the Blue Star Spouse Award should contact their squadron commander. Newberry is the 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander, Hansen is the 92nd ARW command chief and O’Brien is the 93rd Air Refueling Squadron commander.
