The 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander terminated the limited evacuation order for all personnel, effective Aug. 12, 2026.

The decision follows civilian authorities lifting all Level 3 evacuation orders for the Fairview, Old Trails, Autumn Lane, and Mitre Rock fires.

Evacuated personnel are eligible for lodging and meal allowances. The maximum lodging reimbursement for commercial quarters in Spokane County is $126 per night, and the daily per diem for meals and incidental expenses is $86. Receipts are required for all lodging expenses. Expenses related to pets or staying with friends and relatives are not reimbursable.

All affected personnel must coordinate with their squadron leadership and the 92nd Comptroller Squadron to file travel vouchers.
