Chesley Dycus, 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander, signs the 92nd Air Refueling Wing’s fire proclamation at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, Oct. 4, 2023. Dycus proclaimed October 8-14, 2023, as Fire Prevention Week throughout the Fairchild community. Dycus urges all of Fairchild AFB to check their kitchens for fire hazards and use safe cooking practices.
