FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. – Gen. Duncan J. McNabb, Air Mobility Command commander, and Col. Scott Hanson, 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander, and their wives, Linda and Rhonda respectively, pose with the Abilene Trophy. During Phoenix Rally at MacDill AFB, Fla., it was announced the Spokane Community is the 2006 Abilene Trophy recipient. The trophy recognizes the community that provides the finest support to an AMC installation. The award is presented annually, providing recognition for activities conducted between January and December of the preceding year.
