FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- The Spokane Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America, which recently celebrated its 33rd anniversary, is composed of almost 500 individuals from Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. The group's next meeting will be an outdoor picnic Aug. 19. All active-duty, retired, Guard and Reserve officers are invited.
