FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- Mr. Eric Quantock hands over a plaque to Cameron Moyer, one of the winners of the “Scholarship for Military Children.” Cameron graduated this year from Almira Coulee Hartline High School and received a $1,500 scholarship as well as a gift bag and a $25 commissary gift certificate.
