Military Family Month schedule

FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. --  Below is a consolidated schedule of events for Services and the Airman and Family Readiness Center during Military Family Month.

Nov. 1 - Military Family Month kick-off with cake at the Airman and Family Readiness Center

Nov. 4 - FunSpot Family Fun Day, 1 - 7 p.m.
Family Swim Day, noon - 6 p.m., with free swimming and water slide access

Nov. 8 - Weekly A&FRC prize drawing

Nov. 9 - Club Fairchild Family Night "Southern Style" Buffet, 5 - 8 p.m. Clowns will be present.

Nov. 11 - Funspot Family Fun Day, 1 - 7 p.m.

Nov. 12-18 - Children's Book Week

Nov. 14 - Library's Special Story Time, 3:45 p.m.
Fitness Center Turkey Trot, 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Family Fitness Night, 5 - 7 p.m.

Nov. 15 - Dinner for spouses of deployed Airmen at the chapel
Weekly A&FRC prize drawing

Nov. 16 - Child Development Center and Youth Center's Parents' Night Out, 6:30 - 11 p.m.
CDC Annual Harvest Feast, 11:30 a.m. Times vary based on age.

Nov. 18 - Funspot Family Fun Day, 1 - 7 p.m.

Nov. 21 - Weekly A&FRC prize drawing

Nov. 22 - Thanksgiving dinner at the Warrior Inn Dining Facility served by leadership, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Nov. 25 - Funspot Family Fun Day, 1 - 7 p.m.

Nov. 29 - Weekly A&FRC prize drawing
A&FRC Grand Prize drawing, hot-dog feed, balloons and face painting

Nov. 30 - Free FunSpot Family/Base Party, 4 - 8 p.m. Includes fee food, bowling, mini golf, batting cages and roller rink.

Date to be determined - Free movie night. The A&FRC will pay for all military personnel and families.

NOTE: Prizes for weekly A&FRC drawings include, but will not be limited to, vases, picture frames, pampered baskets and kids' toys. The 92nd Services Squadron is also donating gift certificates. The grand prize is a large eagle figurine.

Services will also offer a free car wash coupon, and three coupons for a free line of bowling and shoe rental at the FunSpot. The marketing office will produce the coupons and they will be available for pickup Oct. 31.
