Jarrett McNabb, 92nd Air Refueling Wing executive officer and KC-135 Stratotanker pilot, is presented a folded flag and a certificate from David Condon, Deputy Chief of Staff District Director, during a ceremony Nov. 7 honoring hometown heroes.
