The 92nd Services Squadron was recently awarded the Air Mobility Command Maj. Gen. Eugene L. Eubank Award, recognizing them as the best small/medium services squadron in the command. Fairchild hosted the Air Force Eubank Evaluation team from April 11-16 to compete for the distinction of being named the best services squadron in the Air Force.

"I am very pleased with the way the 92nd Services Squadron rose to the occasion, and we showed the team why we feel we are the best in the Air Force," said Ed Nunn, 92nd SVS deputy director referring to the recent evaluation. "We had several stellar performers recognized by the team for their outstanding contributions to the morale and welfare of Team Fairchild.

"Our Outdoor Recreation Connection, Teen Center, Honor Guard and Fitness Center were all singled out by the team for their exemplary performance during the evaluation," he continued. "On behalf of the 92nd Services Squadron, we would like to thank Team Fairchild for their FANtastic support, both during the evaluation and every day as we strive to be the best of the best, serving the best of the best."
