It operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is closed only on government holidays. TAC is the primary route for all Defense Travel System inquiries. It offers assistance with travel vouchers and authorization issues that users might experience on the Defense Travel System. Beginning in the first quarter of fiscal year 2009, TAC will also offer services in auto-rentals, air fare, hotel lodging, policy and travel card issues. Fairchild personnel are urged to speak with their organizational defense travel managers before routing any questions through TAC.
