141st Air Refueling Wing officer receives high honor
FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. – Lt. Col. Jim Brooks, 141st Operations Group and Program Manager of the C-26 program, receives the Bronze Star Medal from Congresswoman Cathy McMorris-Rodgers and the Commander of the 141st Air Refueling Wing, Col. Gregory Bulkley, during a ceremony Nov. 2 at Fairchild. He received this medal for meritorious achievement in his work to develop the first concept of operations for a new deployed mission within the Special Operations Command.
