Finance FAQs featured on Air Force Portal, ease transition Published Feb. 4, 2009 By Senior Airman Emerald Ralston 92nd Air Refueling Wing Public Affairs Office FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- The 92nd Air Refueling Wing Comptroller Squadron is undergoing many changes and will be transitioning many of the CPTS' day-to-day duties to a call-center which is located at Ellsworth Air Force Base, SD. That means there will be many changes to the operations in the CPTS here. To ease the transition and work around the reduction of hours, there are other resources for questions Airmen may have regarding their pay and finances. The Air Force Portal is a resource for these inquiries. Upon logging in to the Portal, users can find a blue bar toward the top of the screen. Under the 'Life and Career' button is a section called Money and Finance Central - this is where 180 frequently asked questions about financial services can be found. "The FAQ section is easy to navigate and features the top 25 FAQs on the front page, and has a total of 180 FAQs to choose from," said Master Sgt. John Green, 92nd CPTS.
