· 16 Oct: 92nd Security Forces Squadron responded to bldg 2464 (Commissary) for a minor vehicle accident. No injuries were reported. 

· 16 Oct: SFS responded to bldg 2248 (Fun Spot) after being notified of a 911 hang up. SFS terminated the response after determining all was secure and in order. 

· 18 Oct: SFS responded to bldg 2040 (509th WPS) for an alarm activation. The cause of the alarm was due to human error. SFS terminated the response after determining all was in order. 

· 18 Oct: SFS was notified of an Eagle Eyes report. A suspicious male was taking pictures of the Main Gate while in his vehicle. Patrols were unable to track down the individual. 

· 19 Oct: SFS responded to bldg 2040 (509th WPS) for an alarm activation. The cause of the alarm was due to human error. SFS terminated the response after determining all was in order. 

· 20 Oct: SFS responded to bldg 2245 (Finance Vault) for an alarm activation. The cause of the alarm was due to human error. SFS terminated the response after determining all was in order. 

· 20 Oct: SFS was notified of an alert air crew response. 

· 20 Oct: SFS responded to bldg 1448 (CSA) for an alarm activation. The cause of the alarm was unknown. The alarm was reset and the response was terminated. 

· 20 Oct: SFS was notified of a diverted aircraft to Spokane International Airport. 

· 20 Oct: SFS responded to bldg 2285 (Wing Headquarters) for an unsecure facility. SF patrols did an interior sweep of the building with negative findings. 

· 21 Oct: SFS responded to bldg 2249 (Base Gym) for a damage to private property report. 

· 21 Oct: SFS responded to hanger 1037 for damage to government property report. 

· 92d SFS issued six traffic citations, assisted the Fire Department in two fire responses 

· 92d SFS assisted the Fire Department in two fire responses, assisted Medical in three medical responses, and assisted in completing nine Lost ID Worksheets
