Duty title: Base Equipment Control Officer

What do you do on a daily basis at Fairchild Air Force Base? We process new information technology (IT) and personal wireless communication system (PWCS) equipment for our wing and aging IT and PWCS equipment for disposition. We issue and keep track of all IT equipment.

What do you enjoy your job? My job requires us to do a lot of work out of the office and I enjoy working with my troops outside the normal office environment.

Why did you choose to serve in the military? I chose to join the military for the educational benefits.

What goals do you want to achieve or meet while at the Fairchild Air Force Base? Before leaving here I hope to finish my Bachelor's degree.

Who is your favorite mentor and what did you learn from him/her? Staff Sgt. Isaac Smith, Tech. Sgt. Leonard Prince, Master Sgt. Craig Richardt and Master Sgt. Kurtis Muenchow. They taught me how to take care of our Airmen.

If you could spend one hour with any person, who would it be and why? I'd like to spend an hour with any designer while he brainstorms on new exotic car design.
