FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- U.S. Army Gen. Stephen Lyons, U.S. Transportation Command commander, visited Fairchild Air Force Base Sept. 19, 2018. Lyons visited to discuss mission-readiness, engage with Airmen and learn about the KC-135 Stratotanker.
