Veteran continues serving through wreath donations

FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. --  Col. Ryan Samuelson, 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander, Fred Fossett, volunteer truck driver, and Chief Master Sgt. Shannon Rix, 92nd ARW command chief, stand next to Fossett’s semitrailer Dec. 13, 2016, at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington. For the last two years, Fossett, a veteran, has delivered hundreds of wreaths to Fairchild for Wreaths Across America events.
