Travis Airman finds creative solution to aging equipment

Omni-rollers from a KC-10 Extender repurposed on a 60k Tunner loader at Travis Air Force Base, California, Nov. 2. 2023. The first 60K Tunner, an aircraft cargo loader, with repurposed KC-10 omni-rollers took to the flightline on Oct. 30, 2023. The test was deemed a success by the 60th APS, and the omni-rollers proved capable of handling various cargo sizes and weights.  (U.S. Air Force photo by Chustine Minoda)
