AMC Commander: ‘Fairchild’s Airmen are vital to the mission’

Gen. Carlton D. Everhart II, Air Mobility Command commander, recognizes various 336th Training Group Airmen for their performance and leadership in the Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape water survival training program June 19, 2017, at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington. The 336th TRG is the Air Force's sole unit responsible for training SERE specialists, who in turn train more than 6,000 students a year. The 336th TRG is comprised of four squadrons: 36th Rescue Squadron which aids in jump training and local law enforcement rescues, 336th Training Support Squadron, 66th Training Squadron and the 22nd Training Squadron which trains all of the Air Force’s aircrew.
