Aerospace physiology conducts pilot refresher training
Maj. David Orneles, a 93rd Air Refueling Squadron pilot, accomplishes his refresher physiology training with the Reduced Oxygen Breathing Device while flying the Hypoxia Familiarization Trainer at the 92nd Medical Group Aerospace Physiology facility at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash., Feb. 19, 2014.
