Pumping gas

A 22nd Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron KC-135 refuels a fighter jet over Afghanistan (date). The Stratotankers are refueled on the ground by 376th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron Airmen 24/7 so that they can provide midair refueling for the warfighter. Last week, the 376th ELRS petroleum, oil and lubricants fuels specialists broke a record pumping more than 544,000 gallons into these tankers, which in turn fuel the fight and protect troops on the ground.
