Mr. Todd Foster latches a harness to a tree blocking the path to a radio tower he and three transmission systems radio Airmen were on their way up to Feb. 16, 2011 at the Calispell Mountains in Cusick, Wash. Mr. Foster is a survival evasion resistance and escape specialist with the 336th Training Group at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash. He and the communications Airmen from Fairchild were on their way up to the tower to clear snow and ice off of it.
