Tech. Sgt. Gerson Hernandez, the 92nd Force Support Squadron unit deployment manager, explains how to properly operate the single palletized expeditionary kitchen’s generator during training in Camp Airey at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash., Oct. 18, 2012. The entire system is powered by a 2kW generator and comes complete with all required kitchen accessories, including multiple insulated food and beverage containers.
