Senior Airman Riley Teston opens the valve on a fire hydrant near the base FamCamp April 17, 2013. Every year, members of the 92nd Civil Engineer Squadron utilities shop inspect hydrants to ensure they open easily in the event of an emergency and to check the water flow.
