Teddy Bear Clinic
Airman 1st Class Corey Welch, 92nd Medical Group, checks the vitals on a teddy bear during the “Teddy Bear Clinic” at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash., May 20, 2013. The Fairchild Emergency Medical Service providers from ambulance services and the Fairchild fire department held the event in recognition of National EMS week. Children were able to bring their stuffed animals for “medical treatment.” The event allowed families to familiarize themselves with the 911 process.
