CHPS is a mobile workplace wellness program offering a multitude of services designed to enhance quality of life, improve productivity, encourage motivated and engaged employees, and promote a workplace culture of health. EAP is available to DAF (APF, NAF, Space Force, ANG) civilians and Army civilians on AF-led Joint Bases and their respective household members. Services are free, confidential, 24/7 online, in-person, by phone or video conference to help you and your household members manage physical wellbeing challenges. Services related to aging, fitness, healthy eating, sleep, and more are provided.

The OST typically includes a physical therapist, strength and conditioning specialist, psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, and team specialist to evaluate unit human performance factors. OSTs engage with unit members to improve resilience, and facilitate medical and mental health care when needed.
