Captain Aneida Shakya, 60th Medical Group En Route Patient Staging System nurse, briefs dignified visitors about patient care and the ERPSS Aug. 8, 2017, at Fairchild AFB, Washington. Medical Forces are an important piece of air mobility and combat support forces. Part of that is the En Route Casualty Care System which provides joint forces the ability to ensure injured receive the care needed to save lives. The En Route Patient Staging System helps the ERCCS by operating across a spectrum of scenarios to provide staging, casualty care and administration support during contingency operations.
