FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. --
Spokane Civic Leaders recived an incentive flight aboard a KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft as part of the Honorary Commanders and Eagles program at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash., April 25, 2014. The Honorary Commanders and Eagles program pairs Spokane Civic Leaders with personnel at Fairchild to form a bond and familiarize the community with Fairchild operations fostering mutual understanding and establishing long lasting bonds of friendship.
