SERE graduates
FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- Sixteen Airmen graduated from the Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape School here June 14 after more than five months of training. FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. – Army Spc. Robert Oakley, animal care specialist, gives Uran F421 a physical at the Veterinary Clinic here May 20 while Tech. Sgt. Brandon Tillman, 92nd Security Forces Squadron military working dog handler, holds his canine partner. During the regular temperature, pulse and respiration physical, Specialist Oakley checked Uran’s ears, eyes, responsiveness, pulse and breathing. Uran also has some allergy issues, said the specialist, so he spent some extra time checking the dog out for that. The prognosis: Uran is in good health, ready to get back to work. Spokane community named best in AMC
FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. – Gen. Duncan J. McNabb, Air Mobility Command commander, and Col. Scott Hanson, 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander, and their wives, Linda and Rhonda respectively, pose with the Abilene Trophy. During Phoenix Rally at MacDill AFB, Fla., it was announced the Spokane Community is the 2006 Abilene Trophy recipient. The trophy recognizes the community that provides the finest support to an AMC installation. The award is presented annually, providing recognition for activities conducted between January and December of the preceding year.
