K9 honored with retirement ceremony

Military Working Dog Oxigen receives a certificate of Meritorious Service Nov. 30, 2017, at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington. Oxigen retired after eight years of dedicated military service as a patrol explosive detection dog.
