Air Force, Army conduct joint airborne operations, develop combat capabilities for RED FLAG-Alaska 22-2

U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Norman Metz, 517th Airlift Squadron loadmaster and U.S. Army jumpmasters, pull static lines back into the aircraft over Allen Army Airfield, Fort Greely, June 15, 2022 during RED FLAG-Alaska 22-2. The static line is a cord attached at one end of the aircraft and at the other to the paratrooper’s parachute container.
